Order processing
Orders are prepared Monday to Friday. Allow 1 to 2 business days between payment and hand-off to the carrier. Orders placed on a weekend or a statutory holiday go out the next business day.

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more before tax, anywhere in Canada.
The times above are carrier estimates and exclude preparation time. They can stretch during peak periods (Black Friday, the holiday season) or in exceptional weather.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate with the carrier. See Track Your Order.
Shipping address
Check your address carefully before paying: apartment number, postal code, city. An incomplete address is the single biggest cause of delay. If you spot a mistake, write to us immediately from the Contact page — we can correct it as long as the parcel hasn't left.
Unclaimed or refused parcels
A parcel returned to sender because it went unclaimed will be refunded less the round-trip shipping cost. We can also reship it at your expense.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking hasn't moved in more than 7 business days, or if the parcel arrives damaged, write to us from the Contact page with your order number. We'll ask for photos where relevant, open an investigation with the carrier, and offer you a replacement or a refund.
International shipping
We currently ship within Canada only.
