Accessibility Statement
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including those navigating with a screen reader, by keyboard alone, or with an enlarged display.
Our goal
We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is ongoing work: every redesign and every new page is assessed against that standard.
What we have in place
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator.
- Descriptive alternative text on product images.
- Colour contrast verified for text and buttons.
- A consistent heading structure to support assisted reading.
- Forms with explicit labels and clear error messages.
- A layout that adapts to 200% zoom without loss of content.
Known limitations
Some functions come from third-party tools integrated into the store (checkout, reviews, widgets). We don't fully control their code, but we favour providers who document their accessibility, and we report the problems we encounter.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of the site prevents you from reaching information or completing a purchase, tell us from the Contact page. Where possible, specify the page concerned, your browser and the assistive technology you're using. We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
If you're unable to order online, write to us and we'll complete the order with you by another means.
